Creative Network convergence in Tabanan Creative Festival

Previously we did was hold an online campaign to make protection of the farmers in Tabanan, one way to appreciate the local products. Evolving out of the discussion, finally comes the idea to create an event meets creative beings where they can share and exchange ideas about his work.

To follow up on the action plan, eventually some of the members of the group gathered to discuss the action plan the event. However, at the meeting we are very difficult to find data craftsmen or entrepreneurs who have creative products such as our earlier discussion.

This we can see so much enthusiasm from young artists who want to join the re-enactment of Tabanan Creative Festival. Initially we were a little pessimistic. We are only targeting 15 participants only, both individuals and communities. Mid-way, we had to close registration early participant is done online, because the number of participants has doubled in excess of what we are targeting.

With the fulfillment of the target number of participants, we also continue to finalize the concept. We agree that the concept of the show to be impressed open, with limited funds we have. In addition, we did not use a lot of heavy equipment so that someday, if there are certain communities in Tabanan like to hold a similar event, they simply duplicate the concept of the show, without the need for huge amounts of money.
